Zenimax, allow us to attack horses w/ Justice System

With all the talk of the upcoming Justice System, I hope the developers also allow players the ability to attack various NPC horses in town and around Tamriel. Zenimax could make the severity of killing horses the same as murdering townsfolk. What do you think? Thanks.

Karnus✭✭✭✭Maybe if the stable horses could fight back and potentially kill their attacker.
Attacking Mounts would be interesting but this might be kind of difficult to do considering the Horse mounts only exist when the player is riding them and disappear the instant they are dismounted.
But their cute harmless little pets on the other hand...

This should only happen when all the horses have the same abilities as the Skyrim version of Shadowmere.
