Anyway we can get the faction of the character they are playing next to the persons name in guild chat?

With 5 guilds and all the chat its getting really annoying with people asking for help, selling items for face to face pick up, talking about PVP battles they want help with etc when you cant help them...
I have not found any addons yet for this...
Yes I understand that people may be on mules on other factions, but when asking for help they usually are on the character they want help with.
