Craglorn - need tips on how to start quests there

So I recently got my main to Veteran 12 and after finishing other two alliances' quests I'm moving to Craglorn. I'm somewhat unsure of how to go about questing in this zone. Is there a main storyline, so to speak of? I boarded the cart in my capital city, went to Craglorn, did a short quest in the observatory and was pointed to a group dungeon. So, to follow the main quest you must immediately group up with other people? That would mean all 4 would have to be newly arrived in the zone. I've completed some Magical Anomalies with pugs but those are not really quests, are they?
