I love my [Shadowsilk Gem]. I'm an Orc and a Nightblade (mostly) but when I am not with my Mara-espoused other, I frequent towns as a goblin... sneaking in, doing a bit of larceny (I'd say B&E too, but no locks on doors yet).

I can do many of the emotes, but /dance ain't one. I can understand this is far from a priority and I try every day to change my profile pic on these forums to the goblin one.. but not yet.. no, not yet.
(Yes, I've read the "fixes" and recommendations - never get a popup on the pic I choose and can't select it to scroll down to the bottom either).

If they ever give Goblins a dance animation, they should use the one from that video.
As Lord_Hev pointed out, you get better /dance emotes with 1.3 (you can choose every races dance):
