~ What is 'Ebonheart RP'? ~

Ebonheart RP is a new 'RP guild' focussed on roleplayers predominantly roleplaying within the Ebonheart Pact faction on the EU Megaserver. It is a loose collective of individuals and guilds which have decided to combine forces to support Pact RP on the EU Megaserver.

~ Does 'Ebonheart RP' have an IC (In-Character) role? ~

No, Ebonheart RP is solely focussed on creating OOC (Out-of-Character) ties between individual players, guilds, RP events and projects. It is up to the player, once having joined 'Ebonheart RP' to use the guild to find RP.

~ What are the main goals of 'Ebonheart RP'? ~

1) Organise and bring the EU Pact RP community together.
2) Create a friendly, mature environment for people new to The Elder Scrolls Online to find RP and/or possibly an RP guild along with RP veterans using the guild to promote their events and/or guilds.
3) Create possibilities for random/ad-hoc RP to happen out in the world. Due to being all part of the same guild, we are (Megaserver willing) most of the times phased together and not separated due to being in another phase.
4) Use the guild to inform people of Pact RP events happening on the EU Megaserver.
5) Create a breeding ground and pool for new events and projects to flourish.
6) Support EU Pact RP 'Village' projects, such as 'Project Narsis' organised by 'The United Houses' guild and 'Project Townlife' (situated in The Rift region in the village of Nimalten) organised by 'The Five Hundred, Baneful Affair, House Nyssara and Bloodlines' guilds.

~ Rules and In-activity Policy? ~

We aim to be pretty 'easy-going' with regards to rules. Since we're a 'collective' and not really a guild (though we are of course taking up a guild slot), we don't feel it is our 'job' to tell people how they should RP or not RP. While no one is responsible for policing how people RP (it simply isn't our job as a community guild), it is generally appreciated that people stick with the Elder Scrolls lore (or at least stay in the realm of 'believability').

We also have a hierarchy with regards to Officer positions. All the Officer's in 'Ebonheart RP' are guild leaders of individual guilds and/or initiatives which are supporting the 'Ebonheart RP' initiative. The most important thing to keep in mind is that we just want a friendly and mature environment. Anything and/or everything that might pose a danger to the environment we have created is subject to potential disciplinary action though we will always handle this on a case-by-case basis with at least two or more officers.

We are also quite easy-going regarding the In-activity Policy as in the sense we don't currently have one! However, please keep in mind that in the event we are reaching the upper echelons of the 500 member count limit, we might decide to kick people who have been inactive for a long time. If you are kicked, you are more than welcome to contact one of the officers for a quick invite in, no question's asked.

~ Do I need to join any of the participating guilds and/or initiatives to join? ~

No need! You can join as a completely unaffiliated and new player. You're also welcome (and encouraged but not required, no pressure!) to set up your own guild, events and/or initiatives using Ebonheart RP.

~ I want to get in! How? ~

Just contact one of the officers listed below! We currently are also allowing all members to invite people in but this is subject to change should we grow too big. However, an officer will always be able to answer any potential questions you have.
