Looking for patient EU PvE guild

I'm no hardcore roleplayer but I like to actually listen to the story and think about what my character would do in relation to what's going on. When in a group, however, I often feel stressed out because the other players are moving through the conversations faster and are racing into the next fight without me - or even if they don't, I feel I should hurry so they don't have to wait. Is there a guild on the EU server with patient players who take their time with NPCs? Alliance doesn't matter, I have characters in all three. (I'm mostly a casual player since I have other obligations than gaming and I'm not into PvP anyway.)
