Cant complete Cadwell's Silver - Stomping Sinmur

Looking for some help if anyone had run into this or can tell me what I am missing. I have completed all quests in Cadwell's Almanac for the Vet 5 zone (I am AD) where you kill Sinmur. All quests are checked off except for: Trollheta: Help the Ebonheart Pact Defeat the Worm Cult. What is weird is that I did kill Sinmur and turned it in, got he achievement, get the VP... but then nothing... It doesnt allow me to advance and the quest is not checked off on the Cadwell's Almanac log.

When I speak with the Skald King, he just thanks me for helping and then tells me that he has a message from the Mage's Guild (if I was not in a vet zone, this would be the point where I port to Coldharbour). However, the only option I am given is "Goodbye".

What am I missing? What else do I have to do?

Hah! That one confused me too for a while.

There is one small side quest in the same area where you did the Sinmur quest. I don't remember the details but it was something like collect dead soldier medallions or something. Only when you finish that the area is considered finished.

Yeah I guess they had plenty of time to fix it in the 4 years that have passed since the last post in this thread 😂
