DK healing build help.

I rolled a Dragon Knight but decided halfway through to switch it from a tank to a healer. I use a restoration staff and destruction flame staff. I am wearing full light with magika on all of them. I pulled some buffs from the earthen line and added the first three restoration skills to that. My ult is shifting standard. Any ideas on what I could do to improve this build or anything I need to do to become better at healing. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks
