Loading Screens and unable to log out.

Since the last patch I have been getting stuck in a loading screen at least once a day, sometimes more. I have to force close the game. Also to note; I sometimes can't log out. The timer counts down to zero and then I just remain logged in with the timer window still open. I can 'alt' out the window and begin playing, even after waiting 5 minutes with timer window open. I, again, have to force close the game.
