Possible to solo to vet level 12?

Is it possible to get to vet level 12 with only solo content? I have already completed all delves and quests in all 3 alliances but I'm still only vet level 9 (and currently see no way to get more XP). Has anyone leveled to 12 on their own? Am I missing something?

Do I have to do dungeons adventure zones and pvp to get the rest? Is there really no way for me to do it myself?

I read somewhere that I was going to be able to play the way I want to play. I mean, it sucks if I have to group and grind because I don't like to play that way...but if I must :(

I got to Vet 11 and 1/3 by doing only solo content, then I grinded Burials in Craglorn for rest.

Then I must be missing something somewhere...but my achievements tell me it's all done...odd

There are about 60 solo quests in Cyrodiil to complete; 50 of them are shown under quest achievements (there are 10 in each village listed). These 50 are also repeatable daily for further XP. Also, a number of the world bosses are soloable. If you're already vet 9, you should be able to solo the first couple veteran rank public dungeons, and the dark anchors in the first few vet zones.

I did play quite a bit of PvP in the intervals, that could be why. I did all the Delves in Craglorn with my Guildies, took about 4 hours or so, brought me from Vet 10 to Vet 11 and 1/3.

There are also quests in each zone in addition to the number you have to get for the achievement. You could be missing quite a few side quests.

Trying to avoid Cryodil at all costs right now, but I suppose that may be my only option.
I've already finished with the public dungeons, and most of the dark anchors in lower vet levels.

Same for me. That includes most of the world bosses and dolmens to get to 11.

You can do vet world bosses and solo dungeons multiple times. Not sure do these give you much of xp. I'm in same situation vet 9 and almost all of the quest's done.

The number listed on the achievement is *not* the total number of quests in that zone!

There are usually quite a few more side-quests in each zone ...

I've got 2 characters to V12 just by questing.
There were a few dungeon runs in there too, but I hit V12 way before I finished the 3rd alliance content.
    No craglorn grinding.

There was a time that veteran points were sometimes buggy (don't recall if it's been fixed), and people weren't receiving their veteran points like they should. In addition, there's the recent change to VR content to make the mobs easier (but don't recall whether that also included less experience with the difficulty change).

That being said... in the last few days one of my alts made it to V3 before reaching Shadowfen which is a V3 zone. Upon completing everything in Shadowfen and ready to move to Eastmarch for V4, I was only 3/4 of the way into V3 which really shocked me. Especially given that I make it a point to stop and kill anything that crosses my path instead of sneaking through and avoiding combat. So I've been Dolmen/Boss hopping to make up for a significant shortage in Veteran Points.

If you do ONLY solo quests and solo dungeons, I don't think there's enough exp to get to v12. Finishing somewhere at v9 sounds about right to me.

However, even after finishing all the quests, you can still solo grind your way to v12. Nothing prevents you from doing that. There are plenty of places to solo grind.

Just dolmen and wb will get you there.

Most dolmen are soloable, some Wb too.

Yes, it's possible as long as you complete every zone, ever dungeon on the way etc.

Don't forget there is still PvE via Cyrodil.

    No You haven't.

I made VR10 just before heading to Bankorai, the last VR zone for me.

I've done only a handful of group dungeons on my way up, too few to count. I do not use any addons, which I think gives me an advantage when, say, searching for skyshards. I always, always find more quests to do when getting looking for the last few in a zone.

I expect to have to go to Craglorn or complete some Vet dungeons to get that last VR rank (and a bit, possibly), but there is no way you can have completed all three alliances and still be only VR9.

I'm working on Vet level 3 and so far have been solo.

I do try to group in public dungeons, dungeons, and different group-oriented parts of the game... but most of my XP/Skill Points have come while doing things solo.

Take note, though... I try to help/assist other players who appear to be on the same quest as me. Just helps me get done with the more tedious parts faster and back into the story/quests.

Actually I'm pretty sure I got ALL of the quests done. Not just the ones for the achievs. I mean, they've got to be hidden pretty well if I haven't done them.

Do you class World Bosses and Dolmens as Group Content?
These award a fair amount of XP and many can be done Solo, and you don't have to be in a Group to complete them anyway, just sort of hang around.
I think I got to VR10.5 before I finished off farming Craglorn.
I did not do PvP until VR12.
I did however do the Group Public Dungeons, Group Private Dungeons, World Bosses and Dolmens but only once. each, no farming.

    You cant by normal means.

You would be need to either join PvP , do group content (I mean craglorn , not the usual public dungeons/world bosses ...) OR grind the 2 last VR lvls.

The solo eso experience ends at vr10 , where my char is heh.

I soloed (instanced dungeons aside) to veteran rank 12, however there was a time were I gained a veteran level grinding monsters for materials and what have you for my crafter. I had assumed you could hit rank 10/11ish solo before trials, but I'm not entirely sure.
