But yeah, I rarely use Werewolf in ESO since you're not a glass cannon like you're supposed to be, you're more of a glass vase: unable to deal or take more than a gentle caress accross the face.

Hay look on the bright side, at least you can lick your own balls.

I have 2 sorcerers about the same level, just short of 40. One is a vampire. She can go places and kill things he cannot. She can solo 8 man groups her own level, he cannot. He is much tougher, my tanky sorc, but she can drain whole rooms and walk out at 100%. Takes a bit of practice. He has to survive the battle and can only rely on potions and regen to get his health back.

@poodlemasterb16_ESO
I would love to hear more about your Sorcerer build! I played a Affliction Warlock in WoW during BC, and life leech type skills have always been my favorite, so this sounds right up my alley! I miss accidentally fear aggro-ing the 2or3 times as many mobs as you meant to, and walking away at full Health and Mana.

Owait. Development for that game got cancelled AGAIN. Go figure.

Edit:
Furthermore, it was predicted well in advance of even early access that people would flood the werewolf/vampire trees and being a normal example of your race would be "non-optimal" and therefore rejected.
Being generous and estimating low, I look around and see roughly 75% of the players in any given zone I'm traveling through/adventuring in are vampires.
If this doesn't scream imbalance, I'm not sure what does. There should be more drawbacks to being a monster, IMHO. Guards attack on sight. Vendors in towns refuse service. Damage is taken while exposed to the sun, no exceptions. As it stands, it's far too easy to negate the current weakness vamps have to fire. Make fire damage completely unresistable if you're a vampire and having the condition/disease trump the racial passive of dunmer. IE, no more dunmer race helping to cancel out the vampire weakness.
With these disadvantages in place, only the diehard twihearts would still want to be vamps.
Werewolves are practically useless as it stands now, so it's all good there.
