Anyone besides me noticing the effort ZoS is putting into their customer service lately?
I've noticed many more clear, concise answers on the boards from community managers, as well as hearing about GM's showing up to answer questions in-game in the last couple of weeks. Add this to the 'road ahead' info from QuakeCon and developer blogs.
