Natural Selection is an end-game PVE focused guild with an extensive MMO experienced player base. As a small guild we take pride in our accomplishments and strive for perfection for our characters and improvement of all raiding experiences. We are relatively newly created and are looking to fill our core with like minded individuals who wish to steadily progress through end-game PVE content.

We are an adult community.
What does this mean for you? It means there are a lot of suggestive, inappropriate or down right offensive conversations going on as well as lots of colorful words. Our community is not restricted to 18+ but you must have a mature attitude, a solid backbone and be able to take criticism.

General Information
Time zone: US EST
NA Megaserver, AD
PVE: Fri-Sat-Sun from 11pm to 1am EST (Mandatory Events)
PVP / Alt Trial Runs / Other Events: Mon -Wed 11pm to 1am EST (times may vary, currently not mandatory)

Raiding Requirements

Natural Selection has a few requirements for those who wish to apply for a raiding position. These requirements must be met to be approved and to maintain an active raiding spot within Natural Selection.


Attendance
You will be required to maintain good attendance for guild functions and other events. You must maintain an average attendance rating to maintain an active raiding / event slot. If your attendance drops below 40% with no notification or you are gone for more than 14 days, you will be removed from NS.

Any inactivity must be posted on the "Away" forums for it to be waived. Long term inactivity that was notified on the "Away" forums will be averaged back in upon return.

Level
Minimum: Veteran Rank 10
Any V10 players that apply must put forth the effort to finish to V12 during their trial period and working toward farming their set gear.
If no effort is put forth, your application will be denied.

Teamspeak3
You must be on teamspeak during all guild events.
Good communication skills are required
Mics are encouraged but not required.

Add-Ons
You must maintain an add-on that will monitor/show all your buffs and debuffs. There are several add-ons that you can utilize for this that would fit your individual playstyle.

Boss Fights
You must have basic knowledge of all boss mechanics. If you have never done the fights, do your research. there are many sites and youtube videos on progression bosses.

Applications for Casual Players

Natural Selection also opens its doors to the more casual players of Tamriel who wish for an active and lively community environment to progress their personal character through dungeons, craft swaps and other dastardly selfish urges.

Rules for Casual Players

*You will not be able to attend progression events.
If you wish to attend these events as a fill-in, you will still have to go through the raiding application process to be considered. This does not include content we have on farm, alt runs or messing around as a whole in PvP. Casual members will be able to join farming content if no other active raiding member is available and invites will be done in a first come first serve basis and class needs.

*You will be held to the same standards for inactivity as the raiders.
This is judged by when you log on, your guild interactions and overall activity within the guild. If you are gone for more than 14 days with no notification, you will be removed from NS. Please use the "Away" forums located in the members section.
