1) I made a bunch of low level glyphs.
2) I selected my boots to 'Enchant' with the right-click menu.
3) Got the enchanting screen with several glyph's applicable to the boots (Armor Glyphs for levels 1 - 10).
3a) Checked boots again to make sure they were within range of level approriate. They were (level 6)
4) Selected Glyph (forgot name but says it 'Add 10 Health')
4a) Checked boots and the glyph was an upgrade. Boots had only 'Adds 5 Health'
5) Pressed my Enchant key
6) Boots in the Inventory window glowed and the Glyph was removed from inventory
7) Hovered over boots and expected 'Adds 10 Health' instead were downgraded to 'Adds 4 Health'

Enchanting is broken.

Not broken. Needs better descriptions. The numbers on the glyph are the maximum amount. Various pieces of armor accept a percentage of that amount. For example, had you applied it to a chest piece, which is 100% of the amount on glyph, you would have seen the entire 10 health applied.

You're kidding? Better described would be an understatement, really. =)

It's flat out misinformation and should be changed (fixed!) to read 'Adds # - # SomeStat,' at the very least. While that doesn't take into account why that would at least have a reasonable explanation to the user when applied to boots, chest, etc.

So if it did say "Adds 4 -10 health" and I applied to boots and got 4 I wouldn't be making this post.

Anyways, still bugged until it's reworded.
