Why no Quest discussion Section?

I'm not talking about someone hold my hand, I cant figure out where to go next, but the "moral" issues like who do I save or sacrifice? Do these decisions have an impact on how what direction my character goes later? And yes there are times I just want to buy a vowel Vanna! Why is there not a separate sections for discussion and broken/bugs?
I 1st heard about ESO almost a year before the release and could not wait for it to come out, but when it did I was living remote w/o reliable internet, and I'm kind of glad now, because every time I search a quest hoping for a tidbit of information that pertains to what I wanted to know, there are just pages of broken quest posts, quest after quest after quest that I am glad I missed those frustrating early days.
On the other hand, us late comers are just catching up, still noobs just fumbling around looking for direction and information that I bet was freely discussed on the beta forum...
Given the nature of the beast in MMO reality, ESO lived up to my hopes and dreams it would be, there are some things I would do different if I was a developer god of Tamriel, but over all,, holds my attention and keeps me up later than I intended!
