Dueling Arena like colliseum... how could would that be?

I was just wondering today if ESO will implement dueling someday and i don't see a reason why not? Ofcourse not in the normal zones, and no duel request spams, but in Cyrodill or in some new place. In my opinion it would be supercool to have some sort of gladiator arena, where 1v1 2v2 or whatever v whatever fights could be arranged, and other players sit and watch on grandstands. Imagine having the best guilds in a fraction arranging duels, probably some people will even be willing to just observe. Just an idea, what you think ?

dueling will be added after they see how the justice system works, They have mentioned things about an Oblivion style 1v1 arena as well, no promises on that though.

That would be exploited.
Too many people would take a dive for friends that just bet on the other guy to win.

Actually I would like to see arena PvE challenges too where each round spawned a tougher and tougher opponent and you received an arena rating for how far you got (similar to the Reaper Mach quest line). Difficulty would be infinite so it would be a true test of skill to get through lots of rounds.
