Hello, me again lol
So all I want to know this time, is: Which of the ESO's classes (mage, templar etc) is the best one for being an archer (bow and arrow) and why?
So... Which one do you recommend. In my experience, nightblade or templar make the best archers.
Most of the Dragonknight's abilities are very short range. The longest range you'll get (aside from morphed fiery grip, which you dont want to use as an archer) is around 18 meters with obsidian shard, or 10 meters with flame lash. Few of the abilities mesh well with archery as well.
Sorceror abilities all scale with spell critical/spell damage. Typically as an archer you're going to want to use medium armor for extra weapon crit and stamina regen/cost reduction, and that just doesnt mesh well with a class entirely based around spell stats. The one build that does work here is a ranger/beastmaster build, using the sorceror's summoned daedra as 'pets' to tank the enemy for you. Unfortunately those pets are pretty useless in endgame pve and pvp.
Nightblades get a somewhat ranged execute (impale, 18 meters) which the bow lacks. They also get additional bonuses to stamina regeneration, stealth damage, and critical damage. Many of the nightblade's class skills use weapon critical chance to determine their crits, which functions well with the medium armor bow builds.
Templars, similarly, have many abilities which work off of melee critical chance. The bowplar build is very common, and mostly relies on the use of aedric spear abilities to help you kite as a bow user. Aurora javelin/binding javelin can be used at range in conjunction with bow attacks to knock back and stun your target. Blazing spear is excellent for stacking with bow AoE damage as well. You can also use the healing spells to keep yourself up in bad situations, and repentance as a free stamina recovery.

Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.
He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.
DK is the best for all weapons by a longshot. Go dk. There is no substitute for being able to heal yourself from 1%-100% at will, on demand.
