Any body facing this problem?sudently boot from server .Try to login back ,but pop out error Information Incorrect?Account has been suspended this site?I email to customer support but they didnt take any action since ask me give them my all information !Who can help me?

✭✭✭✭✭This happened once to me, all I did was call the customer support number (actually asked them to call me) and I was back in the game in less than 5 minutes. I knew an email would have taken much longer to resolve this.
Note I was kicked out specifically for having too many messages and was a glitch. Probably part of their efforts to combat bots.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭✭I just go on the Support Page and ask them to call me. No tolls that way. With the link a couple of posts up, on the Right side is Ask for Help and Phone, in there is a place that you can put in your number, after some brief information, and they will call you.

✭✭✭✭✭It does say there is a 60 minute que right now, so it might take a bit of time. My issue was on a Friday Evening, another busy time, and there was a que then too. IIRC, it was 15 minutes, but the call came much sooner.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
