Hidden changes to npc's in delves and grind area's ?

Yesterday evening my son and me made the trip to del's claim on our level 4 and 5 toons. We normally play DK and wanted to have some light hearted fun as a NB and mage.

I remember del's claim very well from early april when the bots were so quick you could not even get a hit on polinus.

Yesterday the most amazing crowd of healers were present at the spot right of polinus. At one time three of them were healing each other so we could not even kill one.

I laughed so hard the tears were rolling over my eyes. My son went to bed.
The crazy thing is they should have done this to bother the bots, instead Dk 's used to do zeni's job by chain pulling haha. No there are no bots , so why this change?

I went to the bridge in the north of auridion where there are lots of passive skeletons. At least there used to be when i was there a few weeks ago.
Now there were only 3 feeding on a croc. I remember seeing people there grinding and pulling up to 15 skeletons at the time.


Are these changes written in the patchnotes ? Does anyone know what this is?
