The region /chat is non-language specific. Especially for EU server, which is for everyone in Europe, it has to e open to all languages.

French - just kidding. English of course.

Are you suggesting that we should get a global channel working for the whole alliance ?
I don't know if a global channel is a good idea. How would it work ?

Restoration is a perfectly valid school of magic, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! - Spells and incantations for those with the talent to cast them!

A alliance chat would be nice, but many germans are pissed using english especially at the region channel. Speaking english not a polite and common thing, isn´t it ? A mixture of languages rational ?

I play on both NA and EU. On NA I'd say 99% speak English in global chat channels, which is understandable. On EU (I chose English as the primary language) I see maybe 75% speaking in English but ofc see German, French and a few others I don't recognize. Really I could care less what language it is as long as I can even roughly get an idea of what they're saying I'm good.

Granted I was a Linguist for the Military so language isn't quite the barrier for me as it is for many Americans. And before the influx of angry Murrikans, you should know that many folks living in European countries speak 2, 3 or more languages while in the USA we struggle with one language, English.
