Should TESO include purely exclusive content?

No. All content should be obtainable in some way.

I got a pet monkey for playing during beta. No big deal to me as long as it's just a vanity item. If ZOS marketing is smart, they will capitalize on the interest in this wolf but only after the promotion is over otherwise it defeats the purpose. This is just marketing.

Trying to demand access to it now is really kinda selfish. They are using a promo to get more players to join is in ESO... It's a good thing, not the scandal it is being made out to be.

current subs were the one that asked for it in the first place and I doubt very highly that the wolf vanity will change that many players minds over to steam when most would have bought from there anyway just for the reduced cost, you really think just adding the dog vanity is going to make someone with no interest in the game to begin with go OO PUPPY!. That's doubtful anyone with some interest would most likely buy the game simply for the 50% reduced cost.

Even the imperial edition perks should be obtainable in game. Or, they just shouldn't exist.

The main rule is: everything should be available to everyone at a determined time.

Btw. different dog won't fix the issue.

A beta pet is one thing, but the ability to pay for items in a sub based game is flat out wrong.

Here's my point on this issue. I paid $80.00 for the game, plus the IMP addition.I'd love to have a dog,..it would just be fun to have,as in Skyrim. However,I am not even rich enough to throw more money out there for another copy of a game I already paid for once. I mean, maybe some of you can afford to do that, but many of us cant. I wouldnt, even if I could,

Indeed, I've no use for a second account. My husband would need his own computer first. And even then, well, I think the last video game he said he played was Space Invaders or something like that.
