I have been writing this off as a bug for a while now when I was playing my DK. Now that my DK is V12 I have started playing a night blade and am really noticing the issue now. I have no spell or weapon crit chance. None. Its just blank. Yes I put skill points in the skills to get it. Still nothing. Is this a known problem with the game?
If it matters my DK is a Khajiit and my Night Blade is a Wood Elf. My night elf has 3 points in Dexterity and wearing 5 pieces of Medium armor. Whats going on?
