    Some games fix this by never allowing hair longer than the neckline.

    Clipping is as old as games themselves, if they haven't found a solution yet, I doubt they ever will.

    Wish my shield would clip. I have a Orc shield with Imperial armour, it just floats next to my arm with a clear gap between the shield and my arm.

    Actually I believe it can be solved by editing the properties of either shield objects or the deformable hair mesh. In fairness, rendering hair has always been a weakness in nearly all games....that and fabrics.

    But, as KariTR noted, clipping problems are venerable. They do, however, reduce the level of polish in a game. When I see it I feel I'm playing a version in beta....which, to some extent, all online games are.

    Given her hair's ability to penetrate a shield, I'd rather enjoy seeing her use it as a weapon. :p

    My solution was an easy one. I stopped using one hand and shield. Never was much of tank really :'(
