There is no way you get hit with ONLY Crystal Fragments 4 times in less than 2 seconds. There has to be other spells cast because, AS STATED OVER AND OVER, Crystal Fragments can NOT PROC an Instant Crystal Fragments. It can only proc of other spells.

So they can (and I generally do). Cast CF from stealth, Curse, and follow with another CF (especially if instant) and then Mages Fury to finish off it possible.

I'd LOVE to see this 4 * CF in under 2 seconds in action.

And if I understand this correctly, the knockdown from crystal fragments isn't any different from any other knockdown in regards to the double cc bug...I think maybe I could intentionally trigger that bug, but only using skills I haven't used in a month...but I haven't, and don't intend to. Its a serious bug that I hope they fix very soon...

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I don't think there is a bug specific to crystal fragments right now...

Just CC those lil familiars with a nice long stun or something, they can be CC'd from distance just like a player and not do anything to you.

The familiars, when used by good players, are simply cast and then uncast resulting in players in the immediate area getting hit by the blast. A few times when going up against Sorc emperors we die to batswarm with volatile familiar explosion mixed in.

Whether they macro the above or not I cannot tell and would assume no.

As for the OP, if you're going up against 4 sorcs regardless of the situation, you likely won't survive unless you pop stealth and run successfully.

1 vs 1 if your strategy is to block them then you're just delaying the inevitable. If you get hit while on your horse, you're dead regardless. If you get jumped by one with crystal fragments whilst they're in stealth then you're dead regardless. If you can survive long enough to block then using any interrupt skill will work wonders.

Crystal Fragment's only downside is the casting time, giving you plenty of time if you spot it to either roll out the way or interrupt with an ability.

If you're in a group situation and you don't notice it, then tough titties that's just how PvP is. Many times I've chased someone only to be hit by CF from the side because there's simply no way to see everything and you'll end up dead.

I am waiting to see what happens with the fix they are putting in for the familiar spam. Hopefully it does not double hit anymore, which is what the big problem is.

Getting hit by 4 Crystal Fragments in quick succession is either you getting ganged up on, in which case you could complain about a group of NB's all using ambush on you at once, or Templars doing that jabby spear thing all at once or DKs being DKs etc. If one sorc hit you with 4 crystal fragments in a row and nothing else than you did something wrong.
