Thank you for your reply. But I think I have had my share of posting loads of stuff to places with no feedback. Suffice it to say that pve is fine and it happened to me at Cyrodiil only.

Wow, thank you for your dutifulness, but no, I have not! I am a paying customer and I just want to have a few hours of fun without continuous fps issues, errors, disconnects, map bugs... and also reportings... if possible of course.

You're a paying customer, which means you PAY for that support. Use it.
Unknown error is unknown. I'm sure the over the course of development more and more situations which result in 'unknown' errors have been identified and resolved. Unknown errors are unexpected, if they were expected, they'd be known.
