Gives the game completely new layer.
Players can contract diseases and blights from wild animals, undead and other sick players.
Diseases reduce stats and may have other disorienting side effects too.
Each have their unique negative effects.
Stat reduction is process that slowly goes on until you cure the disease with potion or visit priest healer.
Alchemists can craft potion. Better to carry few with you always!
Resist disease passive slows disease progression and lowers chances to contract one.

Vampire and Werewolf players encounter:
3-5 Dawnguard/Fighters Guild soldiers patrolling random roads and wilds. 35m awareness area.
They use silver bolt crossbows and silver swords.
Both weapons have extra dmg proc chance 5% each hit.
They do not attack normal players, only greet and wish safe travels.
Normal ”healthy” player encounter:
Werewolves and Vampires in random roads and wilds.
Few existing random travelling merchants turns into hostile vampire and aggressively attacks if player gets too close. They sell and buy normally for undead players.
In wild someone screams for help and when player approach that person it turns into werewolf and attacks. They do not ambush undead players.
Vampires use claw attacks and drain health + summon bats.
Werewolves use claw attacks and howl (panics) + summon wolves.
+ Much more locations for those events that already exist in game.
These events need to feel much more random. Otherwise thay are great.
Two different kinds of versions:
A-to-B (no actual checkpoints or gates):
The course you choose from start to finish is all up to you and your navigation skills.

Course is pretty much set and there is no need for navigation skills, but race is much more intense because all players stay together.
No weapons, passives, set bonuses or active abilities allowed
