Lately I started to see frequently this skill in the death recap.
I tried to report the potential of that skill before it got big almost 2 months ago so that we could skip a rotation of the FOTM cycle. If you do the math to it's greatest logical conclusion you can see why. They said "we will definitely forward this to the appropriate team", but as you can see the skill remains the same so I can only surmise it's WAI.

If I cast the shield on 6 players and all of them are hit by a guy who uses impulse each of the players with shield will do 200 damage. It is 1.2k damage. What is "Broken" and "overused" is impulse. That is what needs the nerf.
