Would you want a playable Imperial alliance?

I suppose this question is clear enough. Fourth joinable alliance consisted of only Imperial race. Though I am aware that not everyone has Imperial Edition, this would make you able to play Imperials ONLY in this new alliance, not in any as it is with Imperial Edition.
This would be rather than an alliance more of a refugee hideaway, placed either on an island or somewhere, where we have not acces to get yet.
I realize that this would include a lot of work for ZoS and even if they would want to make something like this come true, they would have to leave it for very future updates, cause there might be more important things to solve first.

its not a bad idea perse' its just the bad sides are pretty horrid such as:
a LOT of resources would go into making this, then it would only EVER be available for a very small % of the players. so all the other cool content everyone else would enjoy would never see the light of day or be heavily delayed for just a few people.
and then also cant reaaally see a very interesting storyline emerging from it

A whole alliance just for one race, not sure I really like the idea even though I have imperial edition.

I agree with you but about the small % of players I said that everyone could play Imperials only in this alliance, so it wouldn't be only for Imperial Edition players.

It is a bad idea on its face.

It would be a whole alliance's worth of story for just one race. It would upset PvP balance. It would break lore (since there aren't supposed to be enough rebel Imperials to form any kind of cohesive group). And it's just plain unnecessary.

No. I don't like the idea.
    1. This would require a zone of play. What do you suggest for that zone? You don't even have an idea, as your post shows.

    2. This would add more work to Cadwell's quests.

    3. Imperials already have a "faction" in the game. They are usually invading High Rock, serving Septima Tharn. There is rebel factions in Cyrodil quest hubs.

I wish I could say yes; but every place you could put the imperials, the best place is in the lands of the existing factions.

They don't need "their own land" they have everyone's land.

Yes - but under different terms. I'd like for vet 1-10 to be a pve map of Cyrodiil, with us sent there by Cadwell, that takes place before the events of Varen and his companions. We could sees the storyline leading up to the search for the amulet, see the different factions pre- alliance war, and the tensions rise as the questline takes us to the point where Mannimarco does his betrayal.

That could be under the pretenses of temporarily being disguised as a member of the empire (essentially belonging to that faction for the duration).

You're also right, I do know that it is hardly realizable but I wanted to know how many people would also want to play for Imperials, whether for Imperials in Cyrodiil or refugee Imperials outside of Cyrodiil with their own runaway faction.

    The idea is cool.

But the amount of work that this would require is so absurd , that i dont think is worth it.

I will not vote , since there is no option for my opinion on the matter.

A refugee hideout for all races might be interesting. A place for deserters and those caught by the war who just want to get away from the chaos. I'm sure Cyrodill was populated by more than just Imperials. It might even be the "neutral" alliance many have be asking for. It would be an uneasy truce area since it would contain all alliances, not just races, but confrontations could be non-lethal, to maintain the refuge characteristic. It might even serve as a place for spys to gather information from dis-affected members of other alliances and provide PvE quests.
