No gametime credit = No resub

I decided to cancel my subscription about 2 weeks ago due to the nearly unplayable state of the game and completely unplayable state of pvp. I expected some sort of reimbursement for the serious lag and rendering issue for nearly a month. Well today was my last day and i will not be re-subbing as it's pretty obvious this gaming company feels a credit to people having the FPS issue is not warranted and unjust. I really like this game and really enjoy the pvp but what i do not enjoy is being ripped off, yea $15 is not a lot of money but some sort of credit is without a doubt due to some people that could not play. I have never seen a gaming company sweep an issue so severe and not offer some sort of credit in the 20 years of my gaming career. It really angers me and i feel for the people who really can't afford a subscription and lost out. I tried to be patient but my annoyance was overwhelming and had to un-sub. I think this game had some serious potential but truth be told with this development team and QA team it's not going to really get anywhere. I hope it does but unfortunately i will not be a part of it. Have fun all and no you can't have my stuff it's all bound.

    They should offer a free to play month to players, send a code to emails. Maybe once they get more content in it could show people the game is getting better.

    So how would they be able to verify you had FPS issues.

    I agree. But coming from a company thats been changing skills drastically every patch and not giving free respecs.. It's not surprising. I was shocked when i saw they are going to be offering them moving forward, took them long enough to finally listen to our bitching
