The VR change is to easy for me because I am superman!
Taking away VR levels are a slap in the face to me because I did it the hard way!
Rested XP is the worst slap in the face ever to people who play all the time!
PvP gear is the worst thing in history it ruined every game that was every made!
Changing set bonuses is a slap in the face to me because I used mats on the old one!

ESO gave me the finger!

While true for some posters, it's insulting to those posters like myself and the majority on this forum who regardless of their viewpoint, manage to put it across in a very constructive, polite and adult way.

There has been just as much childish behaviour on both sides of say the VR level discussion by a small minority of forum members. Implying that all members whether for something or against something fall into this group is just insulting.

Well, I've yet to get to the VR levels..but I'm having a tough enough time with things anyway.

Well, I've got one character per faction so I can experience the content of each faction as I level each one. Besides, I've heard VR content is just the same missions ramped up.

You've obviously never been slapped in the face.

I don't PvP, so it affects me not.

Isn't there some kind of material refund? Besides, mats fall like rain from the sky already. It's not that difficult to get more. Even for me.

    Give them the finger back?

I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
    1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
    2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
    3) Difficulty slider.
    4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.

Every game eventually scales down content and gives hard-earned lootz to people for next to nothing. Examples: Warlock and Paladin mounts in WoW used to be quests, some parts of which were hard as hell considering the location of quest items and the lack of a group finder.

Then, suddenly, those mounts were simply spells you got at a certain level.

What about all those people who busted their collective humps to get their mounts the hard way?

Suck it up, buttercup. It happens.
Brunhilda Icehammer - Nord Dragonknight, 'Smith & Enchantress 'What is 'ranged? I need to hit something!!'
Laehl Direthorn - Bosmer Nightblade, Purveyor of fine Clothes, Bows and Staves
Reeza gra-Zuni - Orc Templar 'War Shaman' and Apothecary
Noemi Snowpaw - Kajiit Dragon Knight - I laugh... or I'd have to kill you.
Kitera Dreamon - Breton of The Dominion: Because those Daggers don't appreciate a great Mage.
Lysara Shadowcroft - Dunmer Bloodmage: This will only hurt a lot.

Can we turn rested xp off, so we don't level too fast?

Well said. Happens in most every MMO, especially at the start. Add on top of that I have no sympathy for those people who rush to max like it was a race.

I earned both those mounts" the hard way" as you describe it. By the time they nerfed these quest lines, they were irrelevant due to flying dragons.
Just as irrelevant as your post.

    Awww, someone's butthurt.

I agree with @OrangeTheCat, as I have no sympathy for people who race to 'win' the game and then sit and whine about stuff. Been playing since early release and my highest toon is 42 and another is 39. No rush to level. Slowly savoring the game and all it has to offer, working on crafting and enjoying every moment in Tamriel.

But I suppose anyone else's enjoyment is 'irrelevant' to you, eh?

You are grouping me with the wrong subsection of players, dear.
    So yeah, still irrelevant. :)

    So, yeah... still butthurt.

Since you've not actually contributed anything to the conversation except take umbridge at offenses not given, who's the irrelevant one here?

My original comment was totally relevent as it addressed the inevitable and invariable downgrading and simplification of achievements and cited a specific example. If you have if you have something insightful to add we'd be more than happy to hear it.
