175 Worthy Rewards....

I'm scared to say something, because ZOS might "fix" it. I like being rewarded, but there has to be a better way to manage these rewards.

Here's my issue/frustration. The process of withdrawing the mail and deconstructing what I did not need took 1.5 hours.

I'm no game designer, but there has to be room for improvement of this process.

I don't see how you could get 175 Reward mails playing a normal night 4-6 hours. Perhaps 20 -30, so just open them before you log off, or first thing when you log on and it shouldn't take much more than 5 - 7 minutes.

They should reward you with straight coinage instead. Give us the average cost of a reward bag item every time we'd get a bag deposited right into our money pouch.

Or vary the rewards more and give us a shot at nicer stuff.

I agree. It's a pain to open the mail, remove the container, then open the container to remove the item, then sell them all to the vendor because they are mostly crap green items.

At least give us the occasional crap blue, purple, or yellow item to deconstruct. Or maybe food/potions as well.

I've never had 175 items so I don't know what that would be like, maybe 30 or 40 at the very most from a healthy evening of PvP, and even then dealing with that is a PITA if you are carrying a tonne of siege.

They aren't all crap items though, I've manged to get myself quite a few VR12 dominion pieces that many of my guildies are chasing. With some of the dominion sets, you get 5/5 and you end up with some pretty specific, good gear.

Plus, if you are chasing all traits on an item its good, added to that if you have crafter alt's it's great for them to deconstruct.

It's not all bad, but yes to do deal with all your gear correctly, does take a decent amount of time, agreed. It's not time I want to spend dealing with inventory.

I cleared maybe 500-1000 mails yesterday. Took me 1 hour while I was half-asleep.

This process should be optimized. Maybe button "Get all attached items" and "Open all containers" should fix this problem a bit.

I'm a little late responding, but I have some helpful advice. Press E and X repeatedly while in your mailbox. Once you get and delete the mail quickly by doing that, then go into your inventory and press E really fast on the rewards. It takes less than a minute, and you can vendor whatever items you want just as quickly. I've done this with 200+ rewards in one go and on numerous occasions, and it definitely didn't take me longer than a few minutes.

Are any of you guys running the add on roomba? It works well with getting your bank in order and your guild banks after you've opened your mail.

I have 140 unopened today after already opening dozens today but then war happened and I had to start running around again.

My guild's bank is so full of VR 12 Covenant pieces they've decided to just vendor it. The weird thing is, after selling so much green junk to the vendors myself, I've by no means gotten certain Traits I've been trying to research. Endless infused light armor pieces. A ludicrous, and extremely unfun, time-sink.

My complain would rather be that pvp rewarda are ALWAYS green... Not even a small chance to get blue or purple gear.

I would like gold. I don't want items that I can simply craft myself. does not help that you never seem to get high quality items.

One must be very lucky if he wants to send me a mail...

Why dont just send them directly and already "opened" into some "reward box" where you can only take stuff from but don't put anything in and from that you can sell to the vendor directly.

Not sure about you, but I prefer to spend my time doing things that are fun, and sorting my mailbox is not one of those things.

No way I want coinage. I prefer to have the items so that I can deconstruct them for mats and inspiration. When I get t the point where I no longer need to deconstruct I plan to sell for decent coin.

So does using the guild auction house if you never open the mail.

Your laziness does not constitute in game issues or broken systems.

I love having a mailbox full of rewards. it means I had a great time in PvP. I also compare it to a stack of scratch offs. What/will I win?

For those that only PvP the rewards are a great way for them to get their crafting mats.

why are people complaining? even when i have 100+ it takes no longer then 15min to clear out. I end up selling most of it and keeping a few items to trade. Its free income, stop crying.

People want to send me messages and 95% of the time that's impossible. And no, I cant go to Morrowind South Gate once per hour to spend 5 minutes on clearing out my worthy rewards...
