Idea about how to change the current armor fad

Everyone seems to be wearing light armor because it has better passives. But they can still use heavy armor ability.

My suggestion: make armor abilities restricted to requiring the person to have at least 4 pieces from that set in order to be able to use the matching skill.

I think with the new upcoming set bonuses, you will start to see more stamina based builds, and less DKs running around using a staff

I thought set bonuses could apply to anything though? Not just Stamina stuff?

I think heavy armor should get more effective the more stamina you have, personally.

Please put the Eyevea/EarthForge wayshrines back on the map?

Make armor absorb a significant amount of damage and people might treat it as armour and niot a passive bonus.

lots of the changes in the sets are made good to stamina users, more weapon crits sets, and lessor spell crits sets. Which means they will balance things out like this.

And you cant wear light gear and keep stamina builds alive, so we will see lots of changes to how people gear up after they go live.

I feel that would take away from the customization, Though I do feel medium armor passives need a change, take out athletics and improved sneaking and give them their own tree's with more passives. It would create more desire for people to make medium armor builds and give people who want to be athletic or sneaky a tree to spend points in, and not have to be restricted to wearing medium armor.
