Scale the Zone for Vampire and Werewolf quest to the players level.

by now it's probably known that the quest to become a vampire or werewolf is rather difficult at low level dispite those being some of the best times to pick up the skill line due to how both skill trees fall off alittle in VR ranks.

so why not trigger some spawns and shrines in lower area's?

No! Go find em'. One shrine per faction. I don't know about WW but the Vampire quest is just fine.

My DK did it at level 19 my witch at level 24. Perfectly doable at even lower levels.

you have to fight a non-CCable mini boss mob with just your WW abilities.

Werewolves get shafted at lower levels on this one, with vampire atleast they are weaker and controlable

Or you can do like me : take potions and food, resset the instance until you get the frost troll, beat the hell out of it and unlock your werewolf form at lvl 18.

Also, even though getting it at a lower level is cool, it doesn't make it level a lot faster. Since you get lower XP for doing things and turning in quests at low level, it will take you many levels to rank up compared to getting it around level 30.

I agree, the vampire quest should be left alone as it is doable with minimal skill. Most people suggest re-trying the werewolf quest until you get a monster that you are able to dispatch more easily. Either way, having it be challenging is what keeps it somewhat prohibitive, which helps to "seal the deal" in making it something you really want and are proud to call your own.

If you feel you have to overcome some challenge to achieve it early, you are more likely to enjoy it, feel powerful having it, and keep it for the long-run of your character's personal story.

I think zos should fix both so you can only get them around lvl 35 as intended. So many damn vamps in this game I feel like I'm playing Underworld the MMO.

Got my WW done at 18. No food, only the potions I had looted. The bosses did not appear to be immune to the fear. So, that I just saved my stam for that and tried to stay out of the way. I had the Frost Troll, so I guess I got lucky (or so I hear). I barely got hit really. Vampire was easier. If you have a bow you can pretty much kite everything.

I think they are fine as they are.

yea even mammoth, the second easiest, was tough for me in my late 30s.

Anyway, I don't think the intent of vamp/ww was for level 5s to have access to it. It would be dumb to lower the reqs, if anything they need to be raised to be around the same challenge level as the zones they are obtained in.
