Explorers Code Problems
Ok, so I have the explorers code and have not used it, and when I did happen to go to my computer and use it it said "You already own this product" but I don't I downloaded the imperial edition of the game off the site and i have all the imperial stuff, but I cant seem to insert the explorers code. if maybe someone from Zenimax could help me on this that would be great or someone else point me in the right direction

✭This happened to me when I bought the code from g2a. I placed a support ticket and explained this issue, and they asked for some information including my game purchase confirmation number and the explorer code. They applied the code instantly for me. From the purchase to the resolution, it only took about 20 minutes. I was very happy with the support team at this site.
