Popular City?

Is there a specific city or place where players tend to congregate for trade and/or socializing?

I'm looking for someone to do some crafting for me, but it's kind of a hassle to jump around to every city and zone shout it.

Yeah I think first zone and last zone before Cold Harbour are usually best areas for it in most of the alliances.

Personally I think that Riften (EP) is the best one. Lots of people, all crafting/bank/shops buildings very close, even the Wayshrine is just behind the corner.

Yes, last zone before Coldharbor.

First zone is mostly high level farmers/resellers looking to exploit lowbies in any way they can.

Reapers march for me cause all the crafting stations and bank are close together.

I haven't found Glenumbra to be very populated as EP starting VR content. Riften is probably the best.

I'm not a veteran EP player, but from my experiences in DC I wouldn't use Glenumbra as my base of operations. The wayshrine is so damn far away from everything, I'd rather just port back to Riften or go unlock Shornhelm.

AD: Rawl'kha in Reaper's March, Vulkhel Guard in Auridon
DC: Daggerfall in Glenumbra, Shornhelm in Rivenspire, Alik'r Desert (not so much for socializing but I've found it can be very good for trading)
EP: Davon's Watch in Stonefalls, Riften

I've been messing around in Riften and that seems to be the place to be. I've gotten immediate responses to everything I've been trying to buy.

Not sure what you need, but for research I have 98% of the wood, about 97% of cloth researched, and level 48 on enchanting. I am in the AD faction, shoot me a mail (Tatt) and I'll be happy to help with researching. As to craft trading for craft XP, send me the mats and I'll craft what I can and return for you to break down. I really do not need return stuff to decon, I am almost level 50 in my 3 areas. Trash loot is getting it done.

I do not charge for helping others level up their trades, our Kin is built on the "we help each other out mode" and I extend that to others as well.

Yeah for DC I like Stormhelm in Rivenspire...Bank, all crafting stations (save for Enchanting and Alchemy a short hop away) and Wayshrine all close together.

DC, Shorehem has the most population, afaik.

AD, Rawl'Kha has most ppl.

EP, probably Riften.

Indeed, Shornhelm is extremely popular in DC. The reason being that wayshrine, bank and crafting stations are very close to each other, it's very convenient. However, it seems nearly overpopulated at times - especially the rather small bank building...

Rawl'kha is my favorite. You vampires leave my slurpees alone, you know who you are.

Shornheim another favorite, very compact and vampire food above the wayshire, very nice place.

I dunno 'bout DC, I like Riften but Daggerfall is a great place.

Vulkhel Guard in Auridon for AD seems to work well for me. I buy, sell and craft gears at all levels right up to VR12.

I think Wayrest is the most stormwind-ish place in this game. Daggerfall city is nice too. I use evermore as my main city because I find it the most peaceful/nicest city in the game.
