List of bugged quests

So after another maintenance where a quest that's been bugged for weeks still hasn't been fixed, I decided to start this thread to list quests that have been bugged since 1.2.3. Not sure if ZOS is aware of all of them, so just in case...

Shadowfen, "Final Release": Najeepa's remains do not spawn. The usual suggestions (i.e /camp then wait 15 minutes, /reloadui and abandon+reacquire quest) do not fix it. I check every day since as a completionist I really want to finish this with no luck.

ZOS fixed the other White Rose Prison bugged quest from 1.2.3, "And Throw Away The Key", but didn'd fix this one. I reported it and still see in zone chat every few minutes someone asking if it's fixed, but it doesn't appear on their list of "1.2.3 known issues".

Feel free to add any you're aware of.

I'm also waiting for a fix on this one. This quest is frequently mentioned in zone chat, and no one seems to be able to complete it, as the remains won't spawn. I've returned to this area frequently, after leaving to do other quests, then returning, and after coming back to it, days later.

there is a real thread for it, which aint the one I posted, ESO has made a thread called known issues, which they read, mods reads these parts of the forum.
