Are Sorcerers Going To Be Just SOL?

With Tabards and Dyes, how will that impact anything for Sorcerers if their conjured armor still displays over everything else.
If there is not going to be a conjured armor display toggle ability, it seems that a significant portion of the ESO population are not going to get much out of this update.

Honestly, I would rather it cover the armor I'm wearing, the only thing I don't like is the fact that it changes my character's size and face, which is a known issue and should be fixed sometime soon anyways.
I don't quite see how a "significant portion" of the population gets nothing out of this update.
