[Suggestion] - Prevent Accidental Selection of Empty Quick Slot

Do not allow any accidental combination of key strokes to result in an empty Quick Slot being made the currently active Quick Slot if it's not already chosen. In other words, if it had something in it and you used it all up, so be it. But if there was nothing in it to begin with, do not allow keyboard mashing to result in a switch from a populated slot to an empty one.
