Can in-game mail have more than 1 person as recipient?

I probably could have tested this out in game, but since I'm on forums thought I'd ask. If it is possible, would you just put a comma separator between account names?
If it's not implemented, I think it would be a good idea. It would be an alternative to the grouping tool where you might plan a group venture at a particular time, eg, Hey people, meet me at Crow's Wood at 7 pm for a good time!
