Camera Height Function

To change the height the camera stands on.
Is this possible!? This have been tearing my mind because well I play the shortiest Bosmer. What I want is to bring it down. I have checked around and I have only found one, the author of Immersive Camera, promising it, but doesn't seems he plays anymore.
Is it possible to lower the camera height at all!? If its not possible to directly input camera height values, how about duplicating say the sneak camera position on the main one?

zgrssd✭✭✭✭There have been no additions to the Camera API with either content patches. And nothing in the release version seems to allow something like that:
