In the following article, your will find out, how to max out your Ultimate.
Which is the "right" Ultimate?
- Dragonknight: Standard of Might
- Sorcerer: Summon Charged Atronach
- Nightblade: Veil of Blades
- Templar: Solar Disturbance
The Ultis of the Dragonknight and the Sorcerer are better for large mob-groups, than NBs and Templars. As an alternative you can also use the bat-swarm of the vampire skill line.
Target: Boss
- If the boss has company, use it in the beginning, to AOE his companions
- Be sure, that the boss won't run away from your Ultimate
- Use it at the right time
- Dragonknight: Wait the first seconds, that you can benefit from your passive boost (health and magicka recovery)
- Sorcerer: In the beginning, that your Atronach will be used for all it's 18s
- Nightblade: In the beginning, especially if you are the bosses focus
- Templar: No special timing, except you are the bosses focus
Target: Normal Enemy
- Use it against large groups, the more mobs, the faster you can use it again
- Solo-Dungeons: Run as far as you can and then activate your Ulti, as soon as you think you'd have to kill the following mobs, or you'll die. This way you can complete those Dungeons in just a few minutes.
- Questing: Induce bigger fights -> If there is one elite-mob, pull 1-2 groups extra to make your Ulti more useful / If there is a camp, pull the whole camp, if possible ... You see my point?
- Don't waste it, except your health-bar drops and you are out of magicka/stamina
Remainig Tips
- Use it when it's ready, even if you don't have to kill the following mob-groups.
- Charge your Ultimate, before jumping into a boss/large mob-group (believe me, uncharged Ultimate in that situation is your arch-enemy
