Game wont load Character screen, uses 90%+ CPU and sits on the loading screen

Anyone else having this issue?

I can log into my account but it wont load the character creations screen, even after restarting the client and uses about 90% of my CPU continuously....

WTF?

Alright it loaded finally but it took it like 5 minuets, and the CPU usage during this period is insane....

Seems like everytime a loading screen appears it sucks 90% of my CPU.... then goes back down to 8% when it finally loads....

I am pretty sure this is not supposed to happen.

After every single patch you have to download, expect a very long loading screen upon logging in (before you get to the character screen).

I dont know why it does this, but it happens every patch, the first time you log in the loading screen takes for-***-ever.
