Driladan Pass Quest in Greenshade

I can not even begin to defeat the Servant of Naemon - I am dead right away; can't even tell what he is using so I can't defend. I have the same problem with the final boss on some boat - wham, I am dead. Any ideas on what I could try to do? It is so frustrating; I have been able to finish most of the rest of this zone, but hate to move on as these are important quests.

What does it say you got hit with in the death recap?

Also, what class are you and what weapon are you using? Knowing that could help people suggest opening moves to help.

I can't beat him either, the first time I got lucky and another player showed up and we killed him together, but this time he hit me with 1600 )+ damage with one hit and I'm dead.

I've gotten him down low a couple of times then the big hit and I'm gone.

I'm getting tired of this, I killed Molog Bal on my first try but I can't do in this guy.

I'm a veteran level 3 sorcerer.

Haven't done him on Veteran levels, but on prevet levels you need to stun him every so often, mainly by blocking his power attacks. He was shadowy, so maybe changing your settings might help.

The quest on the boat with the waves of enemies? I had to group up to do that one and I can do most things solo.

No, it's the one in Greenshade, were you go into the Shadowwood. The servant of Naemon is a shadowy figure who you have to beat up.

You mentioned the one on the boat, I think it is the one where you have to shoot the sea serpent 3 times, then fight off the waves, then fight the boss. That one killed me a lot.

As for the Drilidan Pass, I did that one twice, once I went in the back way (from the town) and stumbled upon the boss, and the other time I approached it from the other way, from the road. I think both times I dropped an Ultimate on them right away before I ever engaged.

In any event, reach out to me tonight and I will help you with this one if you want. I am taking a couple of characters through the MG and FG and the final parts of the MQ, so it might be a few minutes before I can respond depending on where I am. I can bring a NB or a Sorcerer, whatever you want to mop the floor with.

Although we will have to coordinate this as it is easy to get phased out if one of us has done the quest already (that would be me in this case..)
