Empty Courtyard in Deshaan

Has anyone been to that abandoned courtyard in the very southeast corner of Deshaan just past the dock where Maiq' the Liar is? And if so does anyone know what that is? I was able to get into the courtyard but there is nothing there except empty crates and a building I can't get into.
