I just now noticed this option but I am V9 so I want it off, right? I am quite a bit confused about what this does to characters higher level than V1? Does it scale me down?

✭✭✭battle level is "supposed" to scale anyone below veteran rank 1 "up" so they can be competitive. it helps in the lower lvls. but once you get to the mid to high 30s it wont be very helpful. don't use it if you are VR9, it will make you worse0
