How do you contact a GM?

Hi

I was in the Vile Laboratory in Cold Harbor again today, and the quest is still bugged.
This is the only thing left to do for me, so I'd like to get it done.

Since there were 5 other people, or at this point monkeys sitting around, or jumping at the wall, I thought I'd try and contact a GM.

I couldn't find a way to do it, I went to help but there is only a list of help topics.
I couldn't find anyplace to lodge a request for help.

How do you do it?

    Press F1 in game or type /help

    When you access the help menu, there's an 'Ask for Help' option. Choose that to send them a message about your problem. You should hear from them in a few minutes. Also check your email. Sometimes they will reply to you there.

    I have never had the luck of a GM responding in game, most times they will send you an email. In fact the in game support I feel is almost non - existance, either in Zone chat or dungeon issue or quests. They only respond via email, I think this is another reason where the feedback feeling is so lacking. Worst yet then the email is and their answer is irrelevant or they want further information only to then take more time with an email, no ticket or anything for in-game support.

    Hey, all. You can contact our GM team by submitting a ticket using /help. Our GMs are keeping their eyes on the Vile Laboratory to move monkeys, however if you're hanging out and there's no GM in sight, be sure to reach out using /help.

    The ingame support here is great. Very quick and very polite. Several of our guildmates have used the ingame request for help and almost always have got help within 5 minutes. I used the help yesterday on the monkey quest while someone else just sat and whined about it being his game and it should be perfect with no bugs. I got help while he was still complaining in say. Prolly still there complaining. Some have gotten help from quests not giving the reward. Use the ingame help option if you need help. Use the bug option to just report the bug and move on.

    Interesting. Good to know they're helping through some known bugged quests. Others, they respond quite quickly just to tell you there's nothing they can do.

    I wish i could agree but 80% of my pvp guild left to go play that :( 400 member guild down to 80 ish actives..

    Yeah, and I've filed two tickets regarding bugged quests this week. Both times, GMs have confirmed I fulfilled the requirements of the quest, but they still couldn't do anything. I've never heard of a game where the GMs can't manually update a quest status for you if you're bugged. It's genuinely shocking.

    Bug is now fixed but a GM took less than 5 minutes to help 3 of us through the bug the other night after using /help (but then my request was polite :))
