I'd like to ask if it's possible to transfer Alliance points and/or horse to any other character as it is possible with Gold using Deposit Gold => Withdraw Gold through the bank.

You can purchase as many Imperial Horses per character that you have the Horse stalls for. Quite a few players from 5-day early access have maxed Imperial Horses for both inventory space and speed, many of those moved onto the superior Horses long ago ofc.0 -
