I'll make this as clear as I possible can, and I would very much like to see a dev response on this one. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno
Was this Veteran Content change a planned update for July 7th 2014, or are you simply rushing this Veteran change in order to retain customers due to the current FPS issue?
Zenimax has continued to push patches, fixes, and updates that are not fully tested. To me this change is warranted and I'm sure will be gladly welcomed.
However, if this is another piece of rushed content, please.. just wait until it's ready.
