Just chucking them out there...
Change in allegiances? Racial shifts, Race against Race? As a Bosmer, I have no allegiance to the Altmer and Khajiit at all, sorry guys. In fact, at times I feel like a conversion to the EP.Mutiny, I know.
Able to change styles for gear? I'm not a fan of finding dropped gear in set styles. I would rather wear a style of my choice, it's purely aesthetics, but that's part of it for those who get into the immersion side.
Mounts? Still want a Wolf or Bear....or Pinkie Pie the pink pony.
Cyrodil? Changes in goals, I find the Keep attack/defend a little monotonous....
Change Keeps so they're different? Thematic to area, or in style of Race? Or try to obtain certain areas for some sort of gain over time? (XP, Gold)
Cyrodil - Oil, Assault equipment does not discern between friend/foe.
An Arena for players, reigning champs in PvP (do it in Cyrodil perhaps?) it will be so much fun to see DKS chucking down Standards and fist pumping....
End Game for Solo players, which gives you the option to gain XP like in Craglorn. I'm from New Zealand so my time in during the wee hours of the morning in the US and it's not packed. I don't think aiming JUST for the group market is going to sustain the game, Skyrim, OBlviion, Morrowwind were solo-games so there needs to be an option for the anti-social player.
