Evil Hunter working?

I have been swapping in evil hunter when I come across undead, daedric or ww mobs..but it does not appear to be working? I am not seeing stamina gains, the extension of it when killing an undead or daedric (or ww)...or seeing the 20% chance to proc hit.

I wasn't sure about this either awhile back but it does seem to be working (as others claimed in response to my asking). You wanna keep in mind that it's weapon damage, not spell and weapon damage. I tested it by running off to fight Zombies and Daedra in Coldharbour. If you have it on your bar, they should glow brightly even before you've activated it. Then once you run in, if they start disintegrating and fizzling into ash piles, you generally know it's going off. Plus it takes forever to run out once you've killed something with it.

I've never noticed my stamina going up, honestly. I don't know if that part works or not.

But the basic damage goes off all the time for me.

Yeah I forgot to mention that. Never noticed any benefit on stamina.

destro counts as weapon dmg correct? the heavy and light atks.

The extra damage portion works, but nothing else atm
